Automatic Clearing House (ACH) is an automatic payment plan that is dependable, flexible, convenient and easy. This service offers you the convenience and ease of having your monthly payment automatically processed from your checking, savings account or credit card (accepted credit cards include Mastercard/Visa and Discover).  You can setup ACH through your current banking relationship. Here’s how the ACH plan works:

You authorize regularly scheduled payments to be made from your checking, savings or credit card. Then, just sit back and relax. Your payments will be made automatically on the specified day. A statement will be mailed to you each month so you are aware of the amount being withdrawn from your account. **Please note: the ACH file runs on the first day of each month.  All changes must be made before the first in order to take effect for the following month.

Pay by Phone: Save postage and make a payment 24/7 by calling 715-678-2411 or 800-862-2407 (during office
hours) or (855) 940-3954 (automatic payment center). All you need is your account number and a checking, savings or credit card.

Mail: Mail payment and bottom portion of bill. Please allow time for the payment to be received by the due date. Write your account number on the check or money order.


Drop Box: Use our drop box located in front of our office.


In Person: Payment can be made at our office during normal office hours.


Pay Stations: Available at County Market in Medford (due by the 15th of each month).
